Admission Process and Requirements
Most universities require applicants to apply through UCAS for admissions, allowing students to apply for up to 5 different courses for a single fee. Requirements vary by course and university, with assessments based on IB scores, UCAS points, BTEC grades, and other international equivalents.
Required documents for passport, UCAS/university application, transcripts, English proficiency test, SoP, recommendation letters, SAT/GRE/GMAT scores, and student visa. The UCAS website deadline for international students is January 31, 2024.
Most universities require English language proficiency exams, such as IELTS (minimum 6.5 band), TOEFL (75 to 85), PTE (43 to 60), or Duolingo test (105 to 120) scores. Competitive courses at prestigious universities may involve interviews to evaluate applicants.
